Aku kemaren baru nonton ini ceritanya lucu yang main Paul Rudd sebagai Ned atau si idiot brother, Emily Mortimer sebagai Liz, Elizabeth Banks sebagai Miranda dan Zooey Deschanel sebagai Natalie, mereka berempat itu bersaudara, terus suatu hari Ned harus berurusan masuk penjara karena dengan polosnya ia menjual ganja ke polisi. Tapi karena kelakuan baiknya Ia gak lama mendekam di penjara. Dia akhirnya pulang lagi ke kampung rencananya Ia mau pulang dan kerja di pertenakan pacarnya Janet, tapi sayanv Janet ternyata udah punya pacar baru. Akhirnya Ia memutuskan untuk tinggal di rumah ibunya yang di kota, dari situ Ia mulai tinggal di rumah saudara perempuannya satu satu, sampai ketiga saudari Ned kesal akan sifat Ned yang idiot dan menurut mereka kedatangan Ned membuat kehidupan pribadi mereka hancur, dari mengungkap perselingkuhan Suami Liz sehingga rumah tangga mereka berantakan, merusak hubungan Miranda dengan  sahabatnya lalu mengungkap rahasia Natalie pada pasangan Lesbiannya Cindy... Penjualan Album  Up All Night  mencapai  angka tertinggi pada bulan April dan hanya mengalami penurunan pada bulan Februari.
